The process used by ACP involves the following steps:

  • Cracks and divots in the floor are patched with epoxy patching material.

  • We grind the concrete using mechanical concrete floor grinders to remove any contaminants from the floor and create a smooth profile.

  • Then, the surface is thoroughly cleaned free of dust and contaminants.

  • Next, your concrete floor is primed using a water-based acrylic sealer

  • Finally, your concrete is sealed 1-2 coats using a high-performance sealer.

Acid Stain

Concrete acid stain is a concrete finishing technique that mixes water, hydrochloric acid, and acid-soluble metallic salts. This mixture penetrates and chemically reacts with the hydrated lime in the concrete. After the stain reacts, it becomes a permanent part of the concrete surface.

This method can be used for both indoor and outdoor concrete floors. It produces a finish that looks more aesthetically pleasing. The finish is translucent and can mimic a number of different materials, including polished marble, tanned leather, natural stone, or stained wood.

Our acid staining follows the following process:

  • We grind the concrete with mechanical concrete floor grinders to remove any contaminants from the floor and create a smooth profile.

  • Now, the surface is thoroughly cleaned free of dust and contaminants.

  • Next, your concrete floor is stained using a chemical stain tinted to 1 of 8 color choices

  • Finally, your concrete is sealed with 2-3 coats of a high-performance sealer.

Full Broadcast Epoxy Application

This type of concrete floor application is great for garages, both residential and commercial. The epoxy coating creates a thin buffer that protects your vehicle’s tires from wear and tear. The coating also prevents stains and makes the floors easier to clean.
