The People Behind ACP

Danielle Byers

Office Manager, ACP Painting

Danielle Byers is the Office Manager at ACP Painting. She joined full time in 2020 after helping the company part time through a period of fast growth, and she works out of the Maricopa, Arizona office. “I feel proud to be a part of the growth of our company and the consistency of our customer service over the years,” she says.

Her role covers the administrative, financial, and human resources side of the business. Danielle manages payroll, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, employee benefits, HR compliance, onboarding, and employee records, working closely with company leadership and ACP’s accounting partners. She also leads the front office team, coordinates company meetings and employee events, manages office systems and resources, and supports marketing and community initiatives. With a role that touches nearly every area of the business, Danielle helps make sure ACP’s team has the organization, resources, and support it needs to give employees and customers a great experience.

“At ACP Painting, we really care about giving our customers a great experience from the first phone call and estimate all the way through the final walkthrough,” Danielle says. “It takes our entire office, sales, and operations teams working together, and everyone takes pride in doing their part and taking care of our clients. We truly love what we do, we enjoy working together, and most importantly, we want our customers to feel confident that they made the right choice in hiring ACP.”

Danielle came to painting from outside the trade. Before ACP, she worked as a regional marketing and sales representative for Sony Records in Las Vegas, an assistant manager at an Arizona credit union, and an administrative assistant in a busy high school guidance office. Each of those jobs introduced her to different people, perspectives, and skills, and they shaped what she wanted to contribute at ACP: helping make it a great place to work, a company people want to hire for their painting projects, and a business that cares about and gives back to its community. She took college courses in art history and is a notary public.

Danielle plays a central role in ACP’s community work. One of the company’s core values is Purpose, the intent to serve people well, which includes giving back to the communities where ACP works. She identifies charitable organizations and community needs that fit that value, researches ways for the company to get involved, and brings sponsorship and volunteer requests to the ACP Management Team.

Since 2021, she has served as race director for ACP Painting’s Maricopa Memorial Day 5K, an event voted “Best Event in Maricopa” that has raised more than $9,500 for local veteran causes. She and Russ Byers presented a check from the race to American Legion Post 133.

For ACP’s 20th anniversary in 2025, Danielle helped lead the company’s commitment to 20 Acts of Kindness across the community. They included backpack, food, and toy drives; walking dogs at the Pinal County Animal Shelter; and Paint It Forward events, where ACP employees donated their time and expertise to paint two women’s centers in the Phoenix area.

ACP Painting has been family-owned and operated since 2005. The company has been BBB accredited since 2015 and holds an A+ rating, works under Arizona ROC license 294240, and has a 4.9-star average across more than 600 customer reviews.
